In 2010, Carrie Maurer and Bill Jensen co-founded Hickory Homes. They set out to prove affordable homes could be well built and look great. They refused to believe new homes for average income people had to be boring and poorly built.

Their success is directly attributed to that fundamental belief; if we design and build a better home, a home with uncommon quality, character and value…people will notice the difference.
